Field Investigations include initial observation, follow-ups, surveillance and monitoring for underage
and other non-compliance of our governing documents. 159 Miscellaneous Files were opened and 97
Miscellaneous Files were closed (miscellaneous files are files initiated prior to a Violation file being opened and an Internal
Dispute Resolution Letter being issued). 52 were referred for opening of a Violation File. 29
Violations were closed this period. 5 violations were referred for a Violation Hearing Committee meeting
(a VHC is composed of members of the BOD & the Code Compliance Manager who meet with the owner in violation).
